Management of patients with ACS (STEMI, nonSTEMI), stable angina, patient preparation for elective and emergency endovascular diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, management of patients after endovascular surgical interventions, intensive therapy in septic conditions, including patients with severe hospital pneumonia, patients with heart rhythm and conduction disorders, patients with severe heart failure, pulmonary thromboembolism.

Manipulation skills - a wide range of manipulation skills for the intensive care unit: central venous catheter insertion, pleural puncture, temporary cardiac stimulation, tracheotomy, tracheal intubation and management of patients on artificial lung ventilation, nasogastric tube insertion, peripheral veins and arteries puncture, electrical cardioversion, intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation.

Anesthesia service for minimally invasive surgical interventions, diagnostic manipulations requiring medicamentous sedation with preservation of spontaneous breathing.
