HELTHCARE PROGRAM “MY BABY” FOR NEW BORN UP 12 MONTH.
The program addresses all health care needs for new-born babies during the 1st year of life. The services are provided by attending pediatrician at the clinic.
For quality assurance routine procedures, specialist’s consultations *, lab tests* will be also performed at the clinic.
Pediatric house-call visits are provided in case of child’s acute condition.
The doctor is also available at the mobile phone through his assistant or by e-mail: workdays from 9.00 to 18.00. After 18.00, on the weekend and holydays, please, contact duty doctors (24h).
This program covers the services provided only by EMC doctors. Pediatric routine check-ups include baby’s somatic, orthopedic, ophthalmologic, neurologic assessment, blood and urine tests. The attending doctor also consults on child’s feeding and nutrition.

Out-patient services & house-call visits
- Specialized out-patient care if indicated: Pediatrics, allergology & immunology, gynecology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, endocrinology, hematology, dermatology, neurology, cardiology, ENT, ophthalmology, traumatology & orthopedics, minor surgery, proctology, urology.
- Diagnostics&Laboratory: Functional diagnostics, x-ray, ultrasonic examination, endoscopy, clinical laboratory, hematology, cytology, histology, biochemistry, hormones, coagulation, immunology, bacteriology, microchemistry, microbiology, oncology.
- Physiotherapy: Indicated medical massage (10 sessions under acting program).
- Vaccination: At the EMC we use only certified foreign vaccines, proved for its high effectiveness and safety.
Routine vaccination accordingly to national immunization schedule*, optional flu vaccination.

At the EMC we use only certified foreign vaccines, proved for its high effectiveness and safety.
Routine vaccination accordingly to national immunization schedule*, optional flu vaccination.

House-call visit
(provided within 50 km outside the Moscow ring road. Additional cost is applied for house call out of Moscow, see schedule 12 «Costs chart»):
Pediatrician’s consultations in case of baby’s acute condition, procedures and blood sampling, functional diagnostics, emergency & transportation.
During weekdays, from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. house-call visits are provided by a pediatrician /or a duty doctor. On the weekend, holidays and after 18 p.m. the house-call visits are provided by the duty doctors.
The program does not cover treatments for the following ailments:
- Radiation disease
- HIV and its consequences
- Dangerous contagious diseases: plague, cholera, smallpox, yellow fever, anthrax, epidemic typhus and other
- Diabetes I & II types
- Psoriasis
- Psychoneurology
- Malign tumors and formations including blood oncology
- Tuberculosis, sarcoidosis and their complications
- Congenital abnormalities (malformations), deformations and chromosomal abnormalities; infantile cerebral paralysis
- System affection of connective tissue, demyelinating diseases of neural system
- Chronic kidney or hepatic insufficiency requiring hemodialysis
- Viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis.
The program does not include the following medical services:
- Genetic investigations
- Expensive medications, glasses, lenses, hearing devices or implants, transplants, prsthesis, endoprosthesis, pace-makers, orthopedic devices, adjustment of compensating medical devices
- Medical and surgical vision correction including orthoptic treatment
- Surgical hemodialysis
- Transplantations
- All kinds of plastic surgery
