HEALTHCARE PROGRAM «MY FAMILY»
A family should include not less than 3 persons: children after the age of 3 and adults before the age of 55.
The program addresses all health care needs for a family including not less than 3 persons. The services are provided by the attending family practice doctor at the clinic and at home. Routine check-up, specialist’s consultations, procedures, lab tests will be performed at the clinic on referral of the attending doctor.
This program covers the services provided only by EMC doctors.
Out-patient services & house-call visits
Attending doctor: the first routine check-up will be provided by the doctor at the clinic. The doctor is available at the mobile phone through his assistant or by e-mail: weekdays from 9.00 to 18.00. After 18:00, on the weekend and holydays, please, contact duty doctors (24h).
Annual routine check-up will be provided by the family doctor.
The medical services will be covered accordingly to the following programs:
- adults «My health» (15-55)
- children «Child’s health» (3-7)
- children «Teen’s health» (7-15)
